This past weekend there was a silent auction and golf tournament at the beautiful Chickasaw Point Golf Course. All of the proceeds from the event went to help a wonderful organization, Safe Harbor. I haven’t heard a final dollar amount from the event but I did hear it was well over $5,000. Think of all the good that will come from this! Thank you to everyone that attended!
Even as a non-golfer I had a great time at the event. There was live music by TruNorth, catering by All J’s (check them out here) and overall a great atmosphere thanks to all of the many volunteers at Chickasaw.
If you are ever in the area looking for a challenging course, (so they say, I personally am not a golfer) be sure to check out Chickasaw Point!
