Changes…

As this business grows and I learn more about how things need to be tweaked, changes need to be made to things. So after reviewing things and evaluating the following changes are being made, effective immediately:

1. The deposit amount on sessions has been changed to match the package price selected by each customer (much easier than people feeling like they had to pay the balance at the session). If for any reason this is a problem, please let me know.
2. The storage life of all images from each session is now twelve (12) months. After evaluating the amount of digital storage that was realistic, this makes the most sense. If you had a session in the past, your images will be available through the end of 2010. Moving forward all sessions will have 12 months from the date of the session before the digital files will be destroyed.
3. I’ve been asked if I would consider putting together packages. For me that complicates things since everyone needs something slightly different. However I know that the one thing many people like about packages is that it typically saves you a little bit of money. So to allow everyone to get exactly what they want and save a little money, I am now offering a pre-paid option. For every $100 a client prepays they will receive a credit of $125. So if you know that your goal is to purchase the full set of images from your gallery (which retails for $250). You could choose to pay for the basic package ($150) + prepay an additional $200. So instead of overall paying $400 for your session and all of the digital images, you would pay $350. This might be a bit confusing so feel free to ask me any questions that you might have and I’ll get them answered!
