Our family enjoys Valentine’s Day, or maybe I should just be honest and say I am happy with this lovely holiday…the guys sure do humor me! Being surrounded by red and pink, usually with a bit of sugary goodness too is enough for me! A few years ago James even got me a pink ipod! The year before that I got Cheryl & Co heart shaped cookies! There is good history for me & Valentine’s Day! Another reason I am happy this time of year doesn’t really have anything to do with the romantic form of love but instead the love of family & dear friends. For the last 10 or so years {yes I know I’m showing my age} I have spent one weekend in February in Michigan with my ADPi sisters. Right before or after this conference I’m typically in Ohio…and this is exactly what will happen this year so even though I won’t be with hubby for the actually Valentine’s Day I will be feeling loved! {and honestly he is probably just as happy having an entire day all to himself at home!}
